The author gives a survey about the third Trier colloquy on environmental and technical law in September 1987. The speakers mainly deal with questions concerning the responsibility for the control of technical installation. In the current opinion the control of technology primarily is the duty of the state which should be supported conveniently by private self-control. (WG)
Abstract (German)
Der Verfasser gibt einen Ueberblick ueber das dritte Trierer Kolloquium zum Umwelt- und Technikrecht vom 23. bis 25. September 1987. Die Referenten befassten sich hauptsaechlich mit Fragen der Verantwortlichkeit fuer die Kontrolle technischer Anlagen. Nach ueberwiegender Meinung sei die Kontrolle der Technik in erster Linie Aufgabe des Staates, der durch private Selbstkontrolle sinnvoll unterstuetzt werden sollte. (WG)Additional details
