Potentialities and needs of gas industry in transition countries

Creators

Description

The gas energy situation of countries in transition evolves very quickly since these countries are coming from a planned economy and are going to a market economy. Then, the gas consumption has increased in Central and Eastern Europe and in Baltic States in 1995. In long term, the gas demand should increase. This growth of gas demand needs more infrastructures and so investments. But the investments are still low and investors are still hesitant. (N.C.). 1 tab
