Description
Presented are results of papers on further investigation of domain structure of KD2PO4(DKDP) potassium dideuterophosphate crystal when applying to it a static electric field. Reconstruction of the domain structure of the given ferroelastics-ferroelectric is studied for the first time by means of neutron difractometer by flight time with the use of neutron masquel spectrum. Quantitative and qualitative evaluations of electric field effect on the crystal are carried out on the base of analysis of state and intensity change of bragg difraction peaks depending on the applied electric field. Changes are followed in the crystal domain structure at temperature below Curie one
