After an overview of international, national and regional methodological issues regarding the carbon stock indicator defined in the Helsinki process, a first document proposes a detailed assessment of carbon stocks and flows in the wood biomass and in the soils of the Aquitaine and Landes forest massifs. It also proposes a preliminary assessment of the carbon footprint of the forest-wood sector in the Landes Forest massif. A second document reports and discusses an analysis and assessment of carbon flows and stocks of the Aquitaine and Landes forest massifs. The last document is a Power Point presentation of this discussion and assessment
