Problem of identification of steady creep parameters for heat resisting materials

Description

Methods of direct identification of coefficients in constitutive equations of creep are analyzed. A procedure for calculation of steady creep parameters which is based on the estimation of their statistical significance is suggested. To evaluate reliability of these parameters the results from comparison of calculated and experimental characteristics of time logarithm spread to the accumulation of the fixed deformation of creep on the basis of Fisher's variance ratio are used. Characteristics of logarithms of time to failure are also considered. The procedure is evaluated by a class of nickel base alloys
