Method and device for fixing and removing burnable absorber rods in fuel assemblies of nuclear power plants
Description
For connecting the absorber rod with a radial arm a pin that may be fitted into a boring of the radial arm is arranged at one end of the rod. Fixing of the pin to the radial arm is achieved by compression, whereas separation will be achieved by applying an appropriate force in longitudinal direction with respect to the absorber rod. (DG)

Zum Verbinden des Absorberstabes mit einem Sternarm ist an einem Ende des Absorberstabes ein Stift angeordnet, der in eine Bohrung im Sternarm einpassbar ist. Das Befestigen des Stiftes am Sternarm erfolgt durch Stauchen, waehrend die Trennung durch Aufbringen einer geeigneten Kraft in Richtung der Laengsdehnung des Absorberstabes erreicht wird. (DG)Files
