Phase equilibria in the HgS-Ga2S3-GeS2 system

Description
The phase diagram of the quasi-ternary system HgS-Ga2S3-GeS2 was constructed using differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and microstructural investigations. The phase diagrams of eight vertical sections and the liquidus surface projection on the concentration triangle were constructed. No quaternary phases were found in the system. The nature and the temperature of the mono- and invariant processes were established
