A novel concept for a reorganised picture and data documentation

The described optimised procedure for the documentation of results of diagnostic imaging methods has been developed in line with the technical improvements now available with video imagers, gamma camera systems, developing systems, and electronic control. The procedure basically relies on the use of a video imager which is directly connected to a developing system. The various video signals of the imaging devices are controlled to uniform level. A multitask control unit selects the video signals and puts them through to the video imager by a simple push button command from the work station. The processed image is automatically put out for subsequent evaluation. (orig./HP)
