Highlights: • In vivo V/M could be measured by coronary CTA analysis. • V/M was used in the assessment of diabetic global heart and coronary artery morphologic features. • Diabetic subjects had a similar cumulative length and cumulative volume compared with non-diabetic patients. • Patients with diabetes who had significantly lower V/M and increased Lvm values. -- Abstract: To determine the relationship of left ventricular mass (LVM) and coronary artery volume in diabetic patients and the controls.
