Thiocyanatochromates of heavy metals
Description
Methods of chemical, IR spectroscopy, differential thermal and X-ray phase analyses are used to synthesize and study hexathiocyanatochromates of silver (1), thallium (1), copper (2), cadmium (2), mercury (2), lead (2), bismuth (3). Their chemical stability, electric conductivity of solutions in DMPA, density and magnetic susceptibility at 298 K are determined. Possibility of using complexes for gravimetric determination of above-mentioned heavy metals, except cadmium complex because of its high solubility, is shown
