Description

Cosmic ray variations related with evolution of parameters of a recurrent high-speed stream (HSS) of the solar wind are studied. A typical recurrent HSS conditioned by the coronal hole existing at the Sun from May to October 1973, is analysed. Behaviour of the following parameters is studied: maximum velocity of the solar wind, mean square deviation of the modulus of full vector of magnetic field in the stream, index of differential energy spectrum of forbush decreases and index of power spectrum in the spectrum of power of fluctuations of cosmic rays. It is shown that parameters of recurrent HSS and related to them cosmic ray variations do not change in time chaotically, but have regularities distinctly expressed
