Comparative crystal-chemical analysis of anhydrous salts My(TQ4)z (T=Si, Ge, P, As; Q=S, Se, Te) and binary compounds

Description
Topological analysis and crystallochemical classification of 67 compounds with tetrahedral anions of the common formula My(TQ4)z (M=Cs, Pr, In, La, Li, Dy; T=Si, Ge, P, As; Q=S, Se, Te) was conducted by 36 topologic and 38 structural types. With the complex structural-topologic programs TOPOS all cases of relationship in ternary anhydrous salts My(TQ4)z and binary compounds AyXz (A=Cs, Nd, Po, U; X=S, B, Cl, Si) were found. Analysis of topology and uniformity of ionic matrices demonstrates that matrices of chalcogenide-ions and tetrahedral anions TQ4y- possess leading structural role in the compounds My(TQ4)z, as a rule
Abstract (Russian)
Проведены топологический анализ и кристаллохимическая классификация 67 соединений с тетраэдрическими анионами общей формулы My(TQ4)z (M=Cs, Pr, In, La, Li, Dy; T=Si, Ge, P, As; Q=S, Se, Te) по 36 топологическим и 38 структурным типам. При помощи комплекса структурно-топологических программ TOPOS найдены и обсуждены все случаи родства тернарных безводных солей My(TQ4)z и бинарных соединений AyXz (A=Cs, Nd, Po, U; X=S, B, Cl, Si). Анализ топологии и равномерности ионных матриц показал, что в соединениях My(TQ4)z ведущей структурной ролью обладают, как правило, матрицы халькогенид-ионов и тетраэдрических анионов TQ4y-Additional details
