Test of W boson anomalous magnetic moment at SSC
Description
We report our study on the possibility of detecting the W boson anomalous magnetic moment kappa at SSC. Estimates of the QCD induced background for the process pp → Wγ + X at SSC energies indicate that although the process can probably be observed, it is unlikely to yield a precision measurement for the value of kappa.
