Provincial nuclear emergency drill thinking and countermeasures

Provincial nuclear emergency organizations are the backbone of China's nuclear emergency, improve the organization of provincial nuclear emergency response capacity, strengthen China's nuclear emergency response capability is the key to meet the timely, coordinated, efficient requirements. The article describes the overall situation of first load fuel on-sit and off-sit joint exercise , which is held in Hongyan River nuclear power plant firstly on June 15, 2012 in Liaoning province and the first nuclear accident emergency exercise, named 'Tailao-2012' on July 5, 2012 in Fujian province. Then put forward some ideas to further strengthen provincial nuclear emergency exercise quality, enhancing the ability of provincial nuclear emergency gradually. (authors)
