On the velocity dependence and shape of the double differential cross section in the charge exchange to the continuum processes
Description
An expansion formula for the double differential cross section in terms of Bernouilli constants is presented. Person's definition of skewness is recalled to express the asymmetry of a distribution curve by using its second, third and fourth moments. (author)
