Preliminary study on errors in ESR age estimate

Based on dating of tooth enamel from the 11th layer of Peking Man Site, the ESR age's errors for the early U-uptake and the linear U-accumulation models have been calculated by means of the error transportation theory and the values ranged from 16% to 17%, which is obviously less than that calculated by the single error's addition as mentioned in early publication
