Cosmic X and γ-ray production due to proton bremsstrahlung

Description
Investigation of the role of bremsstrahlung resulting in proton- electron interactions in cosmic X-ray and gamma radiation production has been carried out. Peculiarities of the spectrum are discussed on the base of the interaction cross section obtained in the Born approximation. By comparison of different mechanism of generation radiation functions it is shown that contribution of bremsstrahlung of protons of the energy range of <= 100 KeV is inferior to the mechanism of electron-photon compton backscattering of relict radiation. X-radiation production from the center of Galaxy as well as some gamma sources are discussed
