Reliability research of nuclear power plant operators on nuclear power plant simulator

Description
In order to improve the reliability of nuclear power plant operation, the reliability research of nuclear power plant operators is needed. The author combines the research status of Chinese nuclear power plant operators; makes the modern research method of nuclear power plant operators in the world for reference; makes use of 2 parameters Weibull distribution theory to research the reliability of Chinese nuclear power plant operators; compares the curve results with other theory models. The curve results are same. The method of the paper can be a reference to real nuclear power plant operation and do good to nuclear power plant safety
