Description
X-ray diffraction and NEXAS- and XPS-spectroscopy have been investigated thermostable solid solutions Mn, Cu-doped bismuth titanate with a pyrochlore-type structure. It was shown that manganese and copper in said solid solution of bismuth titanate is present mainly in the oxidation state +2, and titanium - in +4. (paper)
