Electronic conductivity of Sr3-3xLa2x□x(VO4)2 solid solutions

Description
Peculiarities of the electron transfer in Sr3-3xLa2x□x(VO4)2 solid solution depending on temperature, partial pressure of oxygen and x were studied. Correlation between the energy gap and variation of electron conductivity depending on the compound oxide composition was determined. The obtained value of the reaction enthalpy of oxygen exchange between oxide and gas phase under low pressure of oxygen nearly coincided with the values of the energy gap in the examined compounds

Изучали особенности электронного переноса в твердом растворе Sr3-3xLa2x□x(VO4)2 в зависимости от температуры, парциального давления кислорода и х. Найдена корреляция между шириной запрещенной зоны и изменением электронной проводимости от состава сложного оксида. Полученная величина энтальпии реакции обмена кислородом между оксидом и газовой фазой при низких давлениях кислорода почти совпадает со значениями ширины запрещенной зоны в исследуемых соединенияхAdditional details
