Reconstruction of computer tomography pictures from a few projections from objects with several absorption coefficients
Description
A process is introduced which offers the possibility of managing with only a fraction of the number of projections required for the conventional processes. Sections of objects can be calculated with this, whose projections do not supply a sufficient signal/noise ratio for all angle positions due to the object geometry or due to polyvalent X-ray absorption properties. Es wird ein Verfahren vorgestellt, das die Moeglichkeit bietet, mit nur einem Bruchteil der sonst bei den ueblichen Verfahren benoetigten Anzahl von Projektionen auszukommen. Damit lassen sich Schnittbilder von Objekten berechnen, deren Projektionen durch die Objektgeometrie oder durch polyvalente Roentgenabsorptionseigenschaften des Objects kein ausreichendes Signal/Rauschverhaeltnis fuer alle Winkelpositionen liefern.
