Elemental analysis of small intestine cells of mice by total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy

Description
The feasibility of using total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy in biomedical field is discussed. With this technique small intestine cells of both normal and radiated mice were analyzed. The results indicate that the content of some trace elements for normal and radiated mice is greatly different
