Time and field dependences of the current in poly(vinylidene fluoride) at constant temperature
Description
Present article is devoted to time and field dependences of the current in poly(vinylidene fluoride) at constant temperature. It has been shown that features of time and field dependences correlate with the processes of formation of the deep localized states of the injected charge in nearby surface areas of the sample and formation of the dipole polarization caused by transition of poly(vinylidene fluoride) from not polar crystal α-forms in polar αp-and/or β-form, simulated by high tension electric field and temperature.
