On the rocking curve of channel-cut crystals
Creators
- 1. Tokyo Univ. (Japan). Inst. for Solid State Physics
Description
Neutron rocking curves were observed using channel-cut crystals in (+, -) parallel setting. Observed intensities showed deviations from the theoretical ones at wings of the curves. Reasons for these deviations are studied. (author)
