Effect of steel crystallization conditions on dispersion of dendrite structure and nonmetallic inclusions
Description
Effect of cooling rate on despersion of dendrite structure and the size of crystallizational nonmetallic inclusions has been studied. Dependences of the dendrite parameter and average size of sulphide inclusions on cooling rate for the samples of steels 40KhN2MA, steel 20, steel 11YuA are obtained. The effect of industrial steels composition with different content of carbon on the dendrite parameter and sizes of sulphide inclusions is evaluated
