Phase equilibria in the Ti-B-Mo system at 1400 deg C

Description
The isothermic section of the Ti-B-Mo system which is characterized by a complicated structure of the phase equilibrium areas has been investigated. The TiB2-Mo section, in contrast to a similar ZrB2-Mo section of the Zr-B-Mo system, is not a quasibinary one, and this is to be taken account of when developing TiB2-based cermets
