Two-dimensional angular and energy distributions of electrons reflected and passing through foils

Description
Two-dimensional angular and energy spectra of electrons passing and reflected from aluminium foils of thickness up to 0.5 mm have been calculated by the Monte-Carlo method according to the scheme of successive collisions. It is shown that the type of an angular (energy) distribution depends on a foil thickness and an energy (angles) range of electrons. The change in the type of distributions is related to the transition from the multiple to single scattering with the increase of electron energy
