Preparation and properties of high-temperature superconductors of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system

Description
Using the method of solid-phase reactions, high-temperature superconductors, having the following compositions: Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oδ+y, BiSrCaCu2O5.5+y, Bi2-xSbxSr2CaCu2Oδ+y, where 0.03≤x≤0.15, are synthesized. Their electrical and magnetic properties are studied. 3 figs
