Validation of methods of analysis of iron (Fe) in liquid radioactive waste using automatic absorption spectrometry based on SNI 6989.4:2009 and operation procedure in PTLR

Validation testing of metal analysis methods on liquid radioactive waste has been carried out. The purpose of determining this method is to believe the results of the analysis using accurate and precise atomic absorption spectrophotometers. Some parameters that are validated include: Linearity, Precision, Accuracy, Limit of Detection (LoD) - Limit of Quantification (LoQ), Independent T-test and measurement uncertainty. Fe Metal Analysis with comparison of measurement of SNI method and SOP-PTLR. The analysis results obtained are: linearity, % RSD < CV Horwitz's value which states precision, LoD-LoQ and Independent Test T-test of Fe metal can be accepted, and uncertainty with a 95 % confidence level can be accepted. From the results of this validation test, it was found that the results of the analysis using atomic absorption spectrophotometers with SNI methods and SOPs were quite accurate, thorough and acceptable.
