DIN/TS 18117-2:2024-03-Draft: Construction and ventilation measures for radon protection - Pt. 2: Classification, selection and recommended actions
Description
This document was prepared by the working committee NA 005-01-38 GA "Joint working committee NABau/NHRS, radon-protected construction" in the DIN Standards Committee for Construction (NABau). This document contains a detailed description and evaluation of the measures for radon-protected construction. The principles and measures for radon-protected construction are described in DIN/TS 18117-1. The measures specified in this document: - include structural and ventilation measures; - differentiate between new buildings and buildings to be renovated; - take the use of the interior spaces into account. This document is only applicable to buildings with living spaces or workplaces. This document does not generally apply to subsequent measures in existing buildings, unless procedures regulated in this document can be used for this purpose.

Dieses Dokument wurde vom Arbeitsausschuss NA 005-01-38 GA "Gemeinschaftsarbeitsausschuss NABau/NHRS, Radongeschütztes Bauen" im DIN-Normenausschuss Bauwesen (NABau) erarbeitet. Dieses Dokument beinhaltet die detaillierte Beschreibung und Bewertung der Maßnahmen zum radongeschützten Bauen. Die Grundlagen und Maßnahmen zum radongeschützten Bauen werden in DIN/TS 18117-1 beschrieben. Die in diesem Dokument konkretisierten Maßnahmen: - umfassen bauliche und lüftungstechnische Maßnahmen; - unterscheiden für neu zu errichtende oder zu sanierende Gebäude; - berücksichtigen die Nutzung der Innenräume. Dieses Dokument ist nur anzuwenden für Gebäude mit Aufenthaltsräumen oder Arbeitsplätzen. Dieses Dokument gilt allgemein nicht für nachträgliche Maßnahmen im Bauwerksbestand, es sei denn, es können hierfür Verfahren angewendet werden, die in diesem Dokument geregelt sind.Additional details
