Behavior of uranium during sorption from UO2F2-HF(NH4FxHF, NH4F)-H2O solutions by KB-4P-2 u SG-1 cationites
Description
Resulting from the study of the uranium sorption under dynamic conditions from UO2F2 solution by KB-4P-2 and SG-1 cationites depending on HF, NH4FxHF and NH4F concentration it is shown that both cationites in H+-form do not practically sorb uranium from solutions, containing HF and NH4FxHF. At sorption by cationites in NH4+-form the sorption capacity lowers with HF, NH4FxHF and NH4F concentration due to uranium combining into complex anions. For systems, containing HF and NH4FxHF, displacement of initially sorbed uranyl ions from cationites by hydrogen ions of the initial solution is characteristic
