Charge transfer in electrochromic glasses of compositions Me2O (Me = Li, K, Rb) - P2O5(B2O3) - WO3

Description
Electric conductivity of glasses in systems Li2O-P2O5-WO3 and Me2O-B2O3-WO3 (Me = Li, K, Rb), its value varying within 10-6-10-9 and 10-9-10-12 S/cm for the first and second system respectively, was measured. Using the Einstein-Nernst ratio the diffusion factors of alkali metal cations, which are the main charge carriers in the glasses studied, were calculated. Correlation between the glasses composition and electric conductivity was ascertained

Измерена электропроводность стекол систем Li2O-P2O5-WO3 и Me2O-B2O3-WO3 (Me = Li, K, Rb), значения которой изменяются в пределах 10-6-10-9 и 10-9-10-12 См/см для первой и второй систем соответственно. По соотношению Эйнштейна-Нериста рассчитаны коэффициенты диффузии катионов щелочных металлов - основных носителей заряда в исследованных стеклах.
