The addendum contains regulations issued supplementary to the Radiation Protection Ordinance: The Radiation Protection Register as of April 3, 1990 including the law on the setting up of a Federal Office on Radiation Protection; the general administration regulation pursuant to Sect. 45 Radiation Protection Ordinance as of February 21, 1990; the general administration regulation pursuant to Sect. 62 sub-sect. 2 Radiation Protection Ordinance as of May 3, 1990 (AVV Radiation passport). The volume contains, apart from the legal texts, the appropriate decision by the Bundesrat, the official explanation from the Bundestag Publications as well as a comprehensive introduction into the new legal matter. Der Nachtragsband enthaelt die ergaenzend zur Strahlenschutzverordnung erlassenen Rechtsvorschriften: die Strahlenschutzregister-Verordnung vom 3. April 1990 einschliesslich des Gesetzes ueber die Errichtung eines Bundesamtes fuer Strahlenschutz; die Allgemeine Verwaltungsvorschrift zu Paragraph 45 Strahlenschutz-Verordnung vom 21. Februar 1990, die Allgemeine Verwaltungsvorschrift zu Paragraph 62 Strahlenschutz-Verordnung vom 3. Mai 1990 (AVV Strahlenpass). Aufgenommen sind neben dem Gesetzestext der jeweilige Beschluss des Bundesrates, die Amtliche Begruendung aus der Bundestagsdrucksache sowie eine umfassende Einfuehrung in die neue Rechtsmaterie.
