Description

Excess internal stress was measured on the copper ''grain boundaries'' in the V-7.5 At%Cu alloy as a function of external stress. The (111) reflections of Cu show a powerful response to the average external stress. The line broadening of Cu(111) Bragg peak on the as casted alloy corresponds to microstresses. (authors). 9 refs
