Electron band structure of CdAl2Te4 modifications with the space groups Dsub(2d)11, Dsub(2d)9, Dsub(2d)1, and S42

Description
Energy band structures are calculated for CdAl2Te4 in four modifications by using the empirical pseudopotential method. The ternary crystal pseudopotential used in this calculation is approximated by a superposition of atomic pseudopotentials of binary semiconductors. The relation between the electronic band structures with CdAl2Te4 modifications is discussed. (author)
