Labelling of DTPA-coupled antiferretin antibody of human hepatocellular carcinoma with 90Y
Description
The method of labelling DTPA-Ab (antiferretin antibody of human hepatocellular carcinoma) conjugate with 90Y as well as the analytical method of the labelled compounds is presented. The labelling percentage of the DTPA-Ab conjugate separated by micro-centrifuged column gel filtration using Sephadex G-75 is as high as 92%. After further purification, the radiochemical purity can be higher than 99%. The experimental results also show that the dilution factor of DTPA-Ab conjugate and 90Y as well as the presence of impurity metal ions have great influence on the 90Y labelling of DTPA-Ab conjugate
