Study of heat treatment of potassium hepta fluorotantalate

Description
The feasibility of additional purification of potassium hepta fluorotantalate from inclusions by heat treatment in the air in the temperature range of 250-700 deg C and under vacuum (10-1 - 10-2 torr) at temperatures up to 450 deg C is studied. It is found that heat treatment in the air at 450-600 deg C permits reduction of carbon and nitrogen content down to the required level of purity. When heated in vacuum, major amounts of water and ammonia are removed at temperatures up to 300 deg C and 250-500 deg C, respectively

Изучена возможность дополнительной очистки гептафторотанталата калия от примесей внедрения методом термообработки на воздухе в интервале температур 250-700 град. С и в вакууме (10-1 - 10-2 мм рт.ст.) при температурах до 450 град. С. Установлено, что термообработка на воздухе при 450-600 градусах С позволяет снизить содержание углерода и азота до требуемого уровня чистоты. При нагревании в вакууме основные количества воды и амиака удаляются соответственно при температурах до 300 град. С и 250-500 град. СAdditional details
