Water: depends on the weather and subsoil. A look at the ground water in Uruguay

Description
This article is about of an important ground water resource in the north of Uruguay such as the Guarani aquifer. In the rest of the country there is not enough ground water resources for the irrigation because of the wells low rates. For that reason the shallow water exploitation is an alternative.
