Condensate cleanup device
Description
Purpose: To eliminate insoluble solid matters from back washing water with no inefficient settling separation treatment. Constitution: A condensate filtration device A is disposed to the upstream of a condensate line directing from a condensator to a nuclear reactor, and a condensate desalting tower is disposed to the downstream thereof. A dome pressurizing line B, a bubbling air line C, etc. are disposed to the device A for back washing and it is connected from the back washing water exit at the lower portion thereof to a ceramic filtration device. Cruds contained in the condensates returned from the condensator to the nuclear reactor are removed by the device A and, further, ionic ingredients in the condensates are removed by the condensate desalting tower. Further, cruds captured on hollow thread membrane in the device A are removed by sending air from the line B and bubbles from the line C. the back washing water is sent to the filtration device D for processing and, if the processing capacity of the filtration device D is lowered, an air pressure is applied from the back washing pressuring line to conduct back washing for the ceramic filter.
