Dependence of copper ionization on the sputtered particles velocity

  • 1. AN SSSR, Leningrad (USSR). Fiziko-Tekhnicheskij Inst.

Description

Energy spectra and emission of sputtered atoms, positive and negative copper ions are measured, and the particles ionization degrees depending on their velocities are determined. The results are explained with regard to the electron Coulomb interaction effect in a sputtered particle
