Magnetophoton resonance on cadmium and mercury telluride mixed optical modes in CdxHg1-xTe

Description
Two-phonon magnetophonon resonance, conditioned by the pair of longitudinal optical phonons, referred to two sublattices of the crystal-HgTe and CdTe in their solid solution was observed in semiconductors for the first time. It is shown that two versions of the transitions are realized when transition energy is equal to the sum of CdTe and HgTe phonon energies and to their difference
