Determination of crystal structures by electron diffraction structure analysis

Description

The results obtained in the structure determination of various semiconductors, carbides, nitrides, hydrides, and organic compounds by the electron diffraction structure analysis (EDSA) are reviewed. The EDSA structure determinations confirmed by other independent methods are considered. These examples justify the use of the kinematical approximation in structure determinations with the introduction of corrections for dynamical scattering to some intense reflections
