Thermodynamic properties of niobium with gallium compounds

Description
Thermodynamic properties of Nb-Ga-system compounds are studied within 643-833 K interval. It is shown, that the formation of intermetallic niobium with gallium compounds is accompanied by a considerable heat emission and Gibbs energy decrease. The formation of the two compounds is accompanied by enthropy increase. Enthropy decrease is characteristic of the other compounds formation as well as of the most earlier studied intermetallides
