Radio emission of the interstellar medium to the direction l2=31. deg 2 and 31. deg 9

From the results of the continuum observation at a wavelength 8.2 mm at the RT-22 of the Physical Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences as well as from the data of the continuum observations at longer wavelengths and spectrum of the recombination lines of hydrogen, the investigation of the main physical parameters of the galactic interstellar to the longitudes l2=31. deg 2 and 31. deg 9 is carried out
