On the universality of parameters of two-dimensional subzones in subsurface layers of Kein-type semiconductors
Description
Proximity of 2D-subzone parameters in Hg1-xCdxTe of different composition detected experimentally is explained by the fact that the most part of electrons of the subsurface layer in moderate bendings of zones is described by the dispersive ratio of the ultrarelativistic type is an element of ps similar for all Kein-type semiconductors
