Description
The DWBA has been applied to (7Li,t) reactions populating α-cluster levels in 16O and 20Ne, using the Weinberg formulation to describe states unbound to alpha decay. Useful spectroscopic factors are obtained for the Ksup(π)=O+ and Ksup(π)=O- bands in these nuclei, with unbound states of high angular momentum found particularly important. A discussion of the DWBA parameters gives confidence in the relative values within a specified band. (author)
