Photoluminescence spectra of porous 6H-SiC

Description
The study is devoted to acquisition and preliminary investigation of photoluminescence spectra of porous silicon carbide. It is shown that the P-SiC photoluminescence spectrum corresponds qualitatively to the photoluminescence spectrum of the original crystal. Various explanations for increase in the intensity of the photoluminescence spectra in dependence on temperature and irradiation laser energy. 15 refs.; 1 fig
