Mechanical characteristics and features of the deformation behavior of 15Kh2NMFA-A reactor vessel steel at temperature range 20-1100 Deg C

Description
Short-term mechanical properties in the temperature range 20-1100 Deg C and high temperature creep of the 15Kh2NMFA-A vessel steel at the temperature higher 600 Deg C during 7 h were determined. Rearrangement of the steel at the temperature near 800 Deg C were established by means of investigation into the behavior of the modulus of elasticity in the considered temperature range. Obtained results provide a basis for further investigations into mechanical properties of the 15Kh2NMFA-A steel at the temperature higher 1100 Deg C in the period of 50 h for the justification of WWER safety under degradation of reactor core
Abstract (Russian)
Определялись кратковременые механические характеристики в температурном диапазоне 20-1100 град С и высокотемпературная ползучесть корпусной стали 15Х2НМФА-А при температуре свыше 600 град С в течение 7 ч. Исследование поведения модуля упругости в рассматриваемом температурном диапазоне выявило разупорядочение стали при температуре около 800 град С. Полученные результаты являются основой для дальнейших исследований механических свойств стали 15Х2НМФА-А при температуре свыше 1100 град С в течение 50 ч для обоснования безопасности ВВЭР в условиях разрушения активной зоныAdditional details
