Vibrations of superlattices with ordered oxygen vacancies in YBa2Cu3O7-x lattice

Description
Symmetrical oscillations at G-point of the Brillouin band are calculated for superconducting crystals with stoichiometry Y2Ba4Cu6O13 (ortho-2 phase) and Y8Ba16Cu24O55. Changes in spectra of lattice symmetry oscilaltions expected in ordering of oxygen vacancies are discussed
