Description
By way of large-scale pressure release tests, the carry-over of non-volatile fission products (I, Cs) by droplets dissolved in PWR coolant after differential pressure line failure in the annulus was measured. In order to simulate the fission product carry-over, cesium ions (CsNO3) were used as tracer material. The cesium carry-over was distinctly below 0.5% as compared to the cesium amount which had entered the ruptured area. The results show that the calculatory basis outlined in the regulatory guide lines of the Federal Ministry of the Interior considerably overestimate the iodine and cesium fission product release. Anhand von Druckentlastungsversuchen im Technikumsmassstab konnten experimentelle Erkenntnisse zum Tropfenaustrag im Primaerkuehlmittel von DWR geloester nichtfluechtiger Spaltprodukte (I, Cs) nach einem Wirkdruckleitungsbruch im Ringraum erhalten werden. Als Tracersubstanz dienten Caesium-Ionen (CsNO3) zur Simulation des Spaltproduktaustrages. Der gemessene Caesium-Austrag liegt deutlich unterhalb 0,5% bezogen auf die in den Bruchraum eingestroemte Caesium-Masse. Damit wurde gezeigt, dass die in den Stoerfall-Leitlinien des BMI angesetzten Berechnungsgrundlagen die Freisetzung der Spaltprodukte Iod und Caesium betraechtlich ueberschaetzen. (orig./HP)
